Summary: Sawmill Rentals was a very comfortable and safe property. Also very quiet. Would definitely stay there again. Natively owned and operated property.

Summary: Nice little safe and secure property. American owned and operated. Room was very clean. It was a little younger family that runs the place. Some newer furniture in the rooms. Very homey and comfortable.

Summary: The lady who checked us into the room was polite. She mentioned they were working on getting hot water as a pipe had busted. However the water didn't get hot that night. The heater ran but the room didn't get warm. As it was the only available motel in the area, I had to book another night. I called first to inquire about the water and heater and requested a different room but they were all full. I told her that I would book the same room and got confirmation that it was booked. Then the owner called me the morning of my reservation to tell me he cancelled my reservation since I wasn't happy with the room and already rebooked it. They had no more rooms available. I was polite when I inquired about another room but I guess they took it as complaining. It's a very bare bones, older motel but it was inexpensive and the cost was appropriate for the environment.

Summary: Just not maintained..tile in barthroom repaired,but badly.toilet rocked when you saT on it. Parking lot with deep holes....

Summary: Owner is very kind and understanding. Just because it doesn't look like a 4-5 star hotel, doesn't make it any less of a place to lay your head. The character and customer service of a place makes it or breaks it for me, and she went above what she needed to to take care us us.
